Alfa Heaters manufactures high-efficiency Immersion Heaters designed for directly heating liquids in a wide range of industrial applications. These heaters feature tubular elements formed into hairpin shapes and securely brazed onto brass or stainless steel flanges in standard sizes: 1″, 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″, and 3″. For enhanced temperature control, these heaters can be integrated with thermostats.

Offering a maximum watt density of 8 W/cm², immersion heaters ensure quick, even heating and are capable of delivering almost 100% energy efficiency since heat is transferred directly into the medium. These heaters are ideal for heating water, oils, chemicals, and process fluids across storage tanks, boilers, and preheating systems.

Types of Immersion Heaters:
Finned Tubular Heaters

Finned heaters are designed for fast air heating, using fins (SS or MS) mounted onto the tubular elements to increase surface area and enhance heat dissipation. They’re widely used in duct heaters and air-handling systems.

Circulation Heaters

Used in both forced and natural circulation systems, these units include a flanged immersion heater, insulated vessel, inlet/outlet ports, and a built-in thermostat. Ideal for heating flowing liquids and gases, including water, oils, and process air.
