High Temperature Plugs
High temperature plugs are critical components used for connecting power supplies to heating elements in industrial and high-performance environments. These plugs are specifically designed to endure extreme conditions involving both high temperatures and electrical loads. To accommodate various installation needs, they are available in both straight and right-angle configurations, making them suitable for tight or complex spaces.
These plugs support a current rating from 3 Amps to 35 Amps and operate within a voltage range of 220 to 600 Volts. Built with robust materials such as aluminium and heat-resistant silicone, they ensure excellent thermal endurance and mechanical strength. Each unit is fitted with 2 x 6 mm connection holes, providing a firm electrical connection, and a spring strain relief that helps protect the cable from mechanical stress, movement, or vibration.
With a maximum working temperature of up to 500°C, these plugs are ideal for use in high-temperature industrial applications such as ovens, kilns, furnaces, and laboratory heating equipment. Their high-performance construction and safety features make them a preferred choice in industries like plastics, packaging, food processing, and metallurgy, where consistent heat application and electrical reliability are essential.
Ceramic Heater Connectors
Ceramic heater connectors are robust, multi-pole electrical components used to connect heaters in demanding thermal environments. These connectors are built to resist high levels of heat, making them indispensable in high-temperature applications. Their ceramic body offers excellent insulation, while their stainless steel contacts ensure strong and reliable electrical conductivity even at elevated temperatures.
Available in open type, closed type, and T-type busbar support designs, these connectors provide flexibility for various installation requirements. They are designed to carry currents ranging from 5 Amps to 30 Amps, and can be used in heater systems for industrial furnaces, extruders, process heating machines, and laboratory ovens.
Due to their high thermal stability and resistance to corrosion and electrical degradation, ceramic connectors are favored in environments where plastic connectors would fail. Their modular design allows for easy installation, replacement, or integration into both new and existing heating systems.
Heater Wires
Heater wires serve as the electrical link between power sources and heating components. These wires are engineered to handle high temperatures and harsh operating environments without compromising on performance or safety. Our range includes two main types of heater wires: Fibreglass Insulated Wires and Teflon Insulated Wires, each available in various thicknesses and lengths to suit specific electrical load and space constraints.
These wires exhibit excellent ductility, allowing for smooth routing through equipment, minimal distortion even under high heat, superior electrical conductivity, and long-lasting durability. Their insulation materials ensure that the wires can operate continuously in high-temperature environments without breaking down or becoming brittle.
Heater wires are ideal for use in a wide variety of applications including industrial ovens, electric heaters, injection molding machines, and any system where durable high-temperature connections are required. The insulation also provides a high level of chemical resistance, making them suitable for corrosive or moist environments. Their high-quality construction ensures stable performance and reduced maintenance over time.
